Job Description:

• Supervise day-to-day vehicle assembly shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Plan and monitor production activities in line with daily, monthly, and annual targets.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
• Monitor line efficiency, takt time, cycle time, manpower utilization, defects, rework, and production losses.
• Identify production bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, Jidoka, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and other relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and manpower efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through on-the-job training and performance management.
• Support the implementation of new models, processes, equipment, and engineering changes while ensuring workplace safety and process compliance.
