The incumbent should be working in a reputable organization having experience in:
- Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing/automotive company.
- CBA/Union management, collective bargaining, grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and dispute resolution.
- Pakistan/Sindh labor laws and statutory compliance, including EOBI, SESSI, and Labor Department requirements.
- Negotiating settlements and resolving labor disputes while protecting organizational interests.

- Database (12c/19c/21c) Administration, Performance Tuning, Patching & Upgrades.
- Hands-on experience to configure Oracle EBS R12 modules.
- Database backup and recovery using Data Guard and Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN).
- SQL, PL/SQL, and Database optimization techniques.
- Functional expertise in EBS R12 modules (Financials / SCM / HRMS).
- Working experience on Linux Operating System.
