Job Description:
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of “International Sales Coordinator” who will be responsible to process export sales orders in SAP, track and monitor delivery of orders in hand, and address customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external communication regarding order status and updates.
- Process orders in the SAP system and issue proforma invoices, ensuring they accurately reflect customer requirements.
- Track and monitor the delivery of orders in hand to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Knocking all entries after posting for all entities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: M.Com / BBA / MBA
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years’ experience as Export Sales Coordinator
- Hands-on Experience of SAP S4 Hana will be preferred.
2️⃣ Graphic Designer

Job Description:
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a creative and multi-skilled Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Communication team in Lahore. The ideal candidate brings strong design expertise and the ability to produce compelling video content for our brand and sustainability campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and exhibitions.
- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media reels and corporate communications.
- Support execution of brand campaigns aligned with IPAK’s sustainability framework.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the MARCOM team on content calendars and creative briefs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or related field with 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Video editing skills with ability to produce polished short-form content.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency.
- Organized, collaborative, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
