Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
• Oversee quality control processes for raw materials, production, and finished products.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to ensure product quality and safety.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Train and mentor quality teams to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 Years of relevant experience in quality management within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO standards, and QMS.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
