Muhammad ilyas has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Chief Executive Officer at Serene Heights Hotels & Resorts. With extensive experience in real estate sales, business development, strategic planning, and leadership, he brings a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening business operations.

Prior to joining Serene Heights Hotels & Resorts, Muhammad served as Deputy Director at Zameen.com, where he led senior sales teams, strategic growth initiatives, performance management, and operational excellence across real estate portfolios. His earlier leadership roles at Zameen.com and Indigo Developers further strengthened his expertise in sales strategy, client relationships, business expansion, and team development.

Holding an MBA in Marketing from the University of the Punjab, Muhammad combines strategic business insight with hands-on leadership and a strong focus on scalable growth.
