1️⃣ Specialist – Rewards & Organizational Development

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum CGPA: 3.0)
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market competitiveness analyses.
- Coordinate the annual performance management and appraisal cycle.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, competency frameworks, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare management dashboards and reports.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 Years.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum CGPA: 3.0).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage).
Mining Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Government relate Documentation as required.
- Implement cost-effective and safe mining techniques aligned with company standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, production forecasts, and resource utilization plans.
- Collaborate with cement production teams to align mining output with plant requirements.
- Collect field data from site teams and prepare consolidated reports for management.
- Work closely with production, quality, and logistics departments to streamline quarry-to-plant operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
3️⃣ Logistics Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
Experience: 10 – 15 Years of relevant experience

- Develop new strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

- Resolve arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvement.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
