Key Requirements:
- Masters in Microbiology from a well-reputed university.
- 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology.
- Knowledge of global standards (DRAP/WHO/PIC/S/ISO), sterile area qualification, and specialized microbiology testing.
- Proven experience in managing laboratory teams and major regulatory compliance inspections/audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee microbiology laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliance with global standards (DRAP/WHO/PIC/S/ISO).
- Conduct sterile area qualification and specialized microbiology testing.
- Lead and manage laboratory teams to ensure high performance.
- Prepare for and support major regulatory compliance inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in microbiology processes and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
