1️⃣ Finance Executive

Reporting To: Manager Payable
Contract Type: Permanent
Qualification: ACCA Member/MBA Finance/M.Com
Experience: 0 – 1 Year of relevant experience

Key Accountabilities:
- Verify and process employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and head office for tax filings or queries.
- Coordinate for month-end closing activities, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure smooth communication between factory operations and head office finance.
- Maintain AP ledger, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Track factory-related utility bills, service invoices, and ensure accurate recording.
- Support internal and external audit teams.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- ACCA Member/MBA Finance/M.COM with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SAP.
- Basic Knowledge of Tax.
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
2️⃣ Jr. Executive E&I

Qualification: DAE Electronics/Instrumentation
Experience: 1 – 3 Years of experience

Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and instrumentation equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults and instrumentation failures.
- Ensure accurate calibration and functioning of measuring and monitoring instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.).
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all electrical and instrumentation work.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- DAE Electronics/Instrumentation.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation (Level, temperature, flow, P.H, Pressure, Pneumatic control valves) calibrations, installation, overhauling.
- Electronics Cards repairing.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
3️⃣ Manager Electrical & Instruments PM6

Qualification: BSc. Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Experience: 5 – 7 Years of experience

- Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshoot electrical & instrumentation systems.
- Handle calibration, installation, commissioning, and testing of E&I equipment.
- Maintain records while ensuring safety and LOTO compliance.
- Coordinate with operations, support shutdown activities, and improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor E&I spare parts and assist in procurement.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- BSc. Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5-7 years of experience.
