Nida Yousuf Appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at PARCO

Nida Yousuf has been appointed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at PARCO – Pak-Arab Refinery Limited, bringing over 17 years of diverse HR leadership experience across Oil & Gas, Aviation, Energy, E-Commerce, and Mining.

Her career includes senior HR roles at Pakistan State Oil, Barrick Mining Corporation, Daraz, and K-Electric, where she led talent, transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives. Yousuf holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, complemented by a BBA in HR.
