We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Deputy / Manager Financial Reporting

Company: Pak Petrochemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Head Office, Main National Highway, Landhi, Karachi
Qualification: ACA / ACCA / CA (Finalist) / CMA
Experience: 6 – 8 Years of post-qualification experience spanning audit coordination, financial accounting, and statutory reporting

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Company’s financial reporting function and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual Period End Close (PEC) process, ensuring first-time-right reporting and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Prepare and manage the issuance of statutory financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable local regulatory requirements.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and capitalization processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Facilitate external audits and coordinate the annual statutory audit process by following a structured approach to keep the audit efficient, accurate, and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Education: ACA / ACCA / CA (Finalist) / CMA
• Experience: Proven professional with 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience spanning audit coordination, financial accounting, and statutory reporting.
• Competency: Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, the Companies Act, and Corporate Governance regulations. Proficient in period-end closing and financial controls. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

2️⃣ Senior Account Officer

Company: Pak Petrochemical Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Head Office, Main National Highway, Landhi, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance or part-qualified ACCA / ICMA or CA Trainees
Experience: Minimum 2 – 4 Years of relevant experience in the treasury function in a manufacturing company

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including timely processing of FBR withholding taxes on bills and contracts in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with all banks, prepare and circulate daily bank position reports, and ensure timely preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements to support accurate cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage fixed assets and capital expenditures, including accurate recording, tracking, capitalization, and execution of monthly depreciation in accordance with applicable accounting policies and procedures.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or part-qualified ACCA / ICMA or CA Trainees.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the treasury function in a manufacturing company.
• Competency: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (FI-AP and FI-BL).
