Joselito “Jason” Avancena: 26+ Years of International FMCG Leadership at Nestlé

Joselito “Jason” Avancena serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Nestlé Pakistan, bringing more than 26 years of international experience with Nestlé across diverse markets.

Since joining Nestlé in the Philippines in 1995, Jason has built an extensive international career across Indonesia, the Philippines, Switzerland, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. His expertise spans FMCG sales and marketing, with a particular focus on Dairy and Nutrition businesses.

Before assuming his current leadership position, Jason served as Managing Director of Nestlé Sri Lanka and as Business Executive Officer for the Nutrition and Dairy businesses at Nestlé Pakistan and Afghanistan. Throughout these roles, he contributed to business growth through portfolio management, innovation, digital transformation, and talent development.

Jason holds an MBA from Fordham University, New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from De La Salle University, Manila. His career reflects extensive international exposure, cross-market leadership, and deep expertise in the FMCG industry.
