Samad Saleem has been Appointed as Vice Chairman of P@sha

September marks a significant milestone for Pakistan’s technology ecosystem as Mr. Samad Saleem, Founder & CEO of DigiTrends, takes on the role of Vice Chairman of P@SHA for the 2026–2028 term.

Following the @P@SHA Central Executive Committee elections held on 17 September 2026 across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, Mr. Saleem was elected as one of the seven Corporate representatives, securing the second-highest number of votes overall. P@SHA has formally announced his appointment as Vice Chairman at its Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2026.

With 15+ years of experience across FinTech, HealthTech, enterprise technology and AI, Mr. Saleem has built DigiTrends into an international technology company with operations across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the USA and Norway.

His priorities for the 2026–2028 term focus on stronger industry advocacy, talent development, critical digital infrastructure, greater access to international markets, and enabling Pakistani technology companies to scale globally.

As Mr. Saleem takes on this new industry leadership role, his focus remains on turning Pakistan’s technology potential into sustainable opportunities for businesses, talent and the wider ecosystem.
