Qualification: Mechanical Engineering or related specialisations preferred
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience in Indirect Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes for goods and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Mechanical Engineering or related specialisations preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
