Muhammad Affan Khan Appointed as Group Head of HR at Himont Group

Muhammad Affan Khan has embarked on a new chapter as Group Head of HR at Himont Group, bringing over 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in human resources, talent management, HR business partnering, and organizational development. He is set to drive people strategy, capability building, culture transformation, and business-focused HR initiatives.

Prior to joining Himont Group, Affan served as Head of HR – Clothing at Midas Safety, where he led strategic HR initiatives across the business. His earlier leadership journey at Getz Pharma included Manager Talent Management – Commercial and HR Business Partner Lead – Marketing & Sales, strengthening his expertise in talent development, competency frameworks, HR analytics, process optimization, and learning and development.

Holding an MPhil in Organizational Psychology from the Institute of Business Management and an MPA in HR from the Karachi University, Affan combines strategic HR expertise with a strong focus on building human capabilities and enabling sustainable business performance.
