1️⃣ Manager Procurement – Promotional Material

Company: Getz Pharma
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (MBA is preferred)

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical promotional materials, ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, quality compliance, and alignment with marketing strategies while adhering to regulatory and company standards. This position ensures seamless execution of marketing initiatives by guaranteeing timely availability of high-quality promotional materials, directly impacting brand visibility, market competitiveness, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:

  • Manage sourcing and procurement of promotional materials including: Giveaways (medical gifts, branded items), printed materials (visual aids, brochures, leaflets), event and activation materials (PSP activities, branding tools).
  • Ensure timely availability of materials aligned with marketing plans and product launches.

2. Vendor Prequalification and Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for promotional materials.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with reliable suppliers, monitor vendor performance (quality, cost, delivery timelines).
  • Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance reviews.

3. Cost Optimization & Budget Control:

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through negotiation and strategic sourcing, optimize procurement spend without compromising quality, and work closely with finance and marketing to manage budgets.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for demand planning and specifications, Regulatory/QA/Legal for compliance of promotional content/materials, and Finance for budgeting and payment cycles.
  • Align procurement plans with business and brand strategies.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and ensure ethical procurement practices and transparency.
  • Maintain adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements.

6. Planning & Forecasting:

  • Support visibility planning (monthly/quarterly demand forecasts).
  • Maintain inventory control for frequently used promotional items.
  • Minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

7. Process Improvement & Digitalization:

  • Drive procurement process improvements, enhance efficiency through automation and standardization.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (MBA is preferred).
  • 5-8 years of Procurement experience in Pharma sector, and strong experience in promotional procurement, printing, event management, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial insight, project management and planning skills, stakeholder management and communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards.
  • Note: It is imperative that the candidate has prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


2️⃣ Manager – Corporate Communications

Position Summary:

Manager Corporate Communications is responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive corporate communication strategies that strengthen the organization’s reputation, enhance stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent communication across all internal and external platforms. The role acts as a custodian of the corporate brand voice, ensuring alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across employee communications, corporate channels, public engagements, and stakeholder interactions.

This position leads internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement, promote organizational culture, and effectively communicate business priorities, HR initiatives, leadership messages, and key organizational updates. The role also manages external corporate communications, supporting brand positioning, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate storytelling initiatives.

To oversee corporate identity and brand governance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints. The role works closely with media, PR, marketing, digital, HR, and business teams to develop integrated communication plans, manage key campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery of messages across multiple channels. Additionally, the role supports corporate events, sponsorship activities, and CSR communication programs by developing impactful narratives and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and brand values.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives, including leadership messages, employee announcements, HR communications, engagement campaigns, and culture-building content.
  • Manage external corporate communications, including corporate messaging, stakeholder communication, reputation management, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate identity guidelines and oversee brand governance across all communication materials and channels.
  • Manage media relations and coordinate with PR agencies, digital teams, and relevant stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and strengthen corporate presence.
  • Develop communication plans and content for corporate events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and other brand visibility programs.
  • Oversee the creation of corporate communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, publications, digital content, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and leadership teams to ensure effective communication alignment and timely delivery of key messages.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through stakeholder feedback, engagement insights, and performance metrics, implementing improvements where required.
  • Support initiatives that enhance corporate reputation, employee engagement, and overall brand perception.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a similar role, ideally in FMCG, pharma/consumer health, or another fast-moving category.
  • Demonstrated experience managing media relations, crisis communications, and executive/leadership communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, press releases, speeches, internal memos, leadership talking points.
  • Brand messaging and corporate narrative development.
  • Internal communications (employee engagement, town halls, change communication).
  • Stakeholder management across departments and external partners (regulators, media, industry bodies).
  • Digital & social media communication strategy.
  • Event management (press conferences, CSR events, corporate functions).
  • Strong project management and multitasking ability.
  • Creative storytelling with strict attention to compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to media monitoring tools or PR software is a plus.
