1️⃣ Unit Head – Organizational Development (HRDG)

Grade: AVP to SVP
Location: HO Peshawar
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 10 to 15 Years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits.
- Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred, with sound knowledge of Banking Operations, SBP regulations and Corporate Governance.
- Candidates having strong expertise in HR analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Budgeting, along with Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and Board-level communication/presentation skills would be highly preferred.
2️⃣ Unit Head – Batch Hiring (Human Resourcing Division – HRDG)

Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 07 to 13 Years of relevant experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with at least 03 years in handling Batch / Volume Hiring, preferably in Commercial Banking / Financial Services Industry
