Syeda Aqsa Raees has embarked on a new professional chapter as Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. With experience in human resources, talent management, and employee engagement, she brings valuable expertise in strengthening recruitment strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Before this appointment, Raees served in HR roles at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. and Paysys Labs, including Human Resource Business Partner. Her professional journey also spans channel development and relationship management at Idenfo. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management and a BBA from Iqra University (Official).
