Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Ensure production targets are met within quality and safety standards.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Key Requirements:
- BSc or BE in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
