We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1️⃣ Manager – Exports
Company: Aisha Steel Mills Limited
Department: Exports
Location: Head Office, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 14 Years (Master’s) or 16 Years (Bachelor’s) of experience

What You’ll Do:
- Manage confirmed export orders from contract finalization through shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, QA, finance, and logistics teams for timely execution.
- Plan shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Prepare and verify export documentation — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Maintain order trackers and keep customers updated on order and shipment status.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales confirmations, and contract amendments.
- Monitor freight costs and payment milestones; escalate delays and execution risks.
- Prepare regular management reports on order execution and delivery performance.
What You Bring:
- Experience in export operations, shipping, or international trade, preferably in steel.
- Sound knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, order tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
2️⃣ Senior Manager – Exports

Location: Head Office, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 18 – 20 Years of relevant experience in export sales, international business development, or steel trading, preferably flat steel

What You’ll Do:
- Handle day-to-day international customer inquiries on specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Assist the DGM Exports with quotations and price negotiations.
- Find new export markets and buyers for cold-rolled and galvanized steel.
- Monitor steel prices, competitor activity, tariffs, quotas, and trade rules.
- Develop new leads and convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and grow repeat business.
- Support sales forecasts, market plans, and export revenue targets.
- Prepare market studies, competitor analyses, and business proposals.
- Track inquiry conversion, sales pipeline, and market-wise performance.
- Coordinate with production, finance, quality, and operations teams.
What You Bring:
- Experience in export sales, business development, or steel trading, preferably flat steel.
- Strong grasp of steel markets, export pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and sales reporting.
- Ability to research markets and win new business.
