Shahbaz Aslam has embarked on a new leadership chapter as Manager Planning | Production & Supply Planning at CCL Pharmaceuticals.

With nearly a decade of experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, and production management, he brings expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and driving sustainable operational performance.

Previously, Shahbaz Aslam led Operational Excellence & Governance at CCL Pharmaceuticals, spearheading transformation initiatives, digital manufacturing, and continuous improvement across multiple operations. His earlier experience at Colgate-Palmolive further strengthened his expertise in production efficiency, maintenance, and capacity planning.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Management from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, graduating with a 3.83 GPA.
