Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement coordination, and cement plant operations.
• Experience in PR creation, technical evaluation and scoring, procurement coordination, and PO follow-up for spare parts and services.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts lead time planning, material availability, inventory optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials for planned maintenance activities.
• Experience in shutdown planning and coordination, including incorporation of long-lead spare replacement requirements into maintenance plans.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory management, with a focus on minimizing dead/slow-moving inventory while ensuring availability of critical and running spares.
• Hands-on experience in SRC, SRF, ROGP, and OGP creation, approvals, and follow-up, along with material transfer and gate pass coordination.
• Strong focus on maintenance cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage maintenance plans for mechanical equipment and systems.
• Plan and coordinate spare parts procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize dead/slow-moving stock while ensuring critical spares availability.
• Coordinate shutdown planning and execution, incorporating long-lead spare requirements.
• Create and manage PRs, technical evaluations, POs, and follow-ups for spare parts and services.
• Monitor maintenance costs and drive continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
