We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Junior Executive – Footwear (Softline Footwear Department)

Company: Bachaa Party
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field
Experience: Relevant experience in supply chain, merchandising, or production coordination, preferably in footwear

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for footwear vendors.
• Create Production Orders in the system and ensure all details are entered correctly.
• Create barcodes and ensure product information is accurate.
• Coordinate raw material issuance to vendors and follow up on material requirements and consumptions.
• Coordinate with Merchandisers regarding vendor requirements, pending orders, material needs, and production-related matters.
• Maintain coordination between vendors and the Warehouse team for material issuance, stock availability, and other pending issues.
• Update T&A (Time and Action) plans and PTR (Product Tracking Report) regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, production quantities, material issuance, and delivery status.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on order status, production progress, and pending activities.
• Follow up with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure system data and reports are updated on time.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in supply chain, merchandising, or production coordination, preferably in footwear.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and BI reporting is essential.
• Strong command of Excel for data handling and reporting analysis.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in system entries and reporting.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills to manage vendors and internal teams effectively.

2️⃣ Fashion Designer – Knits

Location: Regional Office, Lahore
Qualification: Degree in Fashion Design or a relevant field
Experience: Relevant experience in knits/apparel design

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop commercially relevant designs according to seasonal trends and brand direction.
• Strong understanding of knits fabrics, garment construction, fits, trims, and production processes.
• Prepare complete and accurate garment tech packs for production.
• Understand and manage the complete sample approval process, from proto development to final approval.
• Coordinate closely with PD, Production, and Sourcing for accurate execution.
• Review samples and provide technical/design comments for corrections and improvements.
• Conduct trend and market research and translate trends into commercial designs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Design or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in knits/apparel design.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good technical understanding of garments and sampling.
• Ability to independently take design and technical decisions.

3️⃣ Marketing Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Experience: 2 – 3 Years of experience in Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional activities.
• Drive footfall, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across assigned stores/regions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for timely execution.
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with corporates, schools, hospitals, malls, and communities.
• Conduct market visits and support store-level marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and project progress.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Maintain relevant trackers, reports, and marketing documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of marketing campaigns, activations, and brand visibility.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and conduct market/store visits.
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
