We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Operator (Soft-Gel & Capsulation)

Company: Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Factory: Industrial Triangle, Model Town Humak, Islamabad
Qualification: Matric / Intermediate Degree
Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of softgel capsule production

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor softgel capsule encapsulation machines according to approved batch manufacturing instructions.
• Set up the machine, including gelatin mass preparation and feeding, fill material supply, die rolls, and encapsulation parameters.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, ribbon thickness, fill weight, machine speed, and sealing quality.
• Ensure capsules meet required specifications for size, shape, weight, appearance, and sealing integrity.
• Coordinate with the gelatin preparation, filling, drying, and quality control teams to maintain smooth production operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine problems, including leakage, improper sealing, ribbon defects, and capsule deformation.
• Perform routine cleaning, line clearance, and equipment changeover according to approved SOPs.
• Maintain accurate production, yield, rejection, downtime, and equipment cleaning records.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and contamination-prevention requirements throughout production.
• Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor or maintenance department.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished capsules.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Must Have:

• Qualification: Matric / Intermediate Degree.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of softgel capsule production.
• Skills: Manpower Management, Maintain Discipline, Team Building, Communication, problem-solving, organizational and other skills.

2️⃣ Supervisor (Soft-Gel & Capsulation)

Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 10 Years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of softgel capsule production

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To receive daily Production Planning from Production Pharmacist according to manufacturing schedule.
• To make necessary arrangement for the processing of batches, mentioned in daily Production Planning Book.
• To process the batches under the supervision of Production Pharmacist/A.M.
• To calculate the %age yields on every intersectional transfer and records it in batch travel sheet.
• To assign duties of workers for the specific jobs and also train them for the same.
• To maintain the discipline in the staff and ensure no violation of GMP in the Section.
• To maintain the cleanliness of Production Area.
• To look after the maintenance/repair problems of machinery/equipment.
• To take notice of any problem and along with reporting Production Pharmacist to make remedy for that.
• To raise the request for maintenance and send it to workshop for any repair/over handling machinery/equipment.

Must Have:

• Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 10 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of softgel capsule production.
• Skills: Manpower Management, Maintain Discipline, Team Building, Communication, problem-solving, organizational and other skills.
