Experience: 1 – 2 Years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (electronics/telecom preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
• Guide customers through product features, offers, and services.
• Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store cleanliness.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Support store operations, stock arrangement, and daily reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (electronics/telecom preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of smartphones and smart gadgets.
