Mohammad Arbaz has embarked on a new professional chapter as Deputy Manager Rewards & Organizational Design at BYD Pakistan.

With specialized expertise in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, workforce budgeting, and organizational design, he brings a strategic approach to strengthening people practices and aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Previously, Arbaz served as Lead Rewards at Midas Safety and held progressive roles at Aga Khan University, including Rewards Specialist and Graduate Trainee. His combined experience in human resources, operational improvement, and rewards management, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, reflects his multidisciplinary expertise and commitment to organizational excellence.
