The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable suppliers, negotiating cost-effective deals, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth business operations.

Senior Executive – Procurement (For Accessories / Trims)

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management
Experience: 4 – 5 Years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the textile industry

Key Responsibilities:
- To perform complete operational activity required for the allied domain.
- To prepare P.O of assigned domain against P.R (received from concern departments) on SAP & forward to vendors.
- Responsible to coordinate with vendors/suppliers for a smooth procurement process.
- To ensure timely closing and proper recording of all invoices/bills (received from vendors).
- To record and maintain supplier list, rate list, supplier performance report, and daily procurement performance report in MS-Excel.
- To perform any other task assigned by HOD.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the textile industry.
- Knowledge of accessories and trims and relevant sourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
