Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience: 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, procurement, vendor management, or marketing operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage coordination with marketing vendors, suppliers, advertising agencies, and service providers.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing materials, promotional merchandise, and dealership branding requirements.
• Handle vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, documentation, and reconciliation with Finance and Accounts.
• Manage POS materials, marketing collateral, inventory records, and distribution to dealerships.
• Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Track marketing expenditures, procurement commitments, pending payments, and approved budgets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely execution of marketing service requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, procurement, vendor management, or marketing operations.
• Experience in the automotive industry, advertising agencies, or dealership networks will be preferred.
• Good understanding of invoice processing, procurement documentation, and vendor payment procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting.
