Job Description:
Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited is seeking a dynamic Food Services Manager to join us in Karachi and Lahore. In this role, you will develop and grow our Food Service (HORECA) channel by driving sales, expanding customer coverage, and building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, institutions, and QSR chains. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of Field Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Food Service channel strategy to expand market penetration and deliver company objectives.
- Grow the customer base by acquiring hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, institutions, and QSR chains.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Manage distributors and build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Lead a team of Field Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in FMCG Food Services, HoReCa, institutional, or B2B field sales.
- Proven track record of managing distributors and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Job Description:
Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager Budgeting to join our Head Office in Lahore. In this role, you will lead the annual budgeting process, strengthen financial planning, and deliver timely management reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing variances, monitoring EBITDA and working capital performance, and supporting Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams with sharp financial insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budget and consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Analyze variances, EBITDA, and working capital performance.
- Deliver monthly management reports and support business teams with financial insights.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing on business cases and planning inputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial reporting; FMCG or manufacturing preferred with strong knowledge of financial planning and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
