Bilal Anwer Khan PMP®, LEED® GA, CHRP, CPCM, has embarked on a new chapter as Director of Facilities Management at Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), bringing over 22 years of leadership experience in operations, facilities management, infrastructure, and corporate services. With a strong track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic resource management, Khan is poised to strengthen RMI’s facilities operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at PTCL.Official, Jazz–VEON, Zong CMPak, Transworld Associates, and Azgard Nine. His notable achievements include leading large-scale facilities and real estate portfolios, driving major organizational integrations, and delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings through strategic consolidation, digitalization, and workplace transformation. He holds an MBA in Management from Preston University and brings professional credentials including PMP®, LEED® Green Associate, CHRP, and CPCM.
