Muhammad Moosa Rind Joins Fast Oil Pvt. Limited as General Manager Retail/Commercial Sales & Development

Muhammad Moosa Rind has stepped into a new leadership role as General Manager Retail/Commercial Sales & Development at Fast Oil Pvt. Limited, marking a significant milestone in his career spanning more than 30 years in the oil and gas sector.

He brings extensive expertise in retail network development, commercial sales, HSE management, training, and operational leadership. Over his career, he has worked across diversified departments in oil marketing companies, including Accounts, Finance, Banking, Taxes, Logistics Cell, Retail/Commercial Sales, and Lubricants. During his 20 years at Hascol Petroleum Limited, Moosa held multiple roles including Area Sales Manager and National Trainer, where he successfully managed retail sales operations, implemented safety and compliance procedures, developed high-potential retail sites, and led training initiatives across Pakistan. His experience also extends to Pakistan State Oil), where he served in operational and HSE leadership roles, and collaborated on national training projects with USAID for workforce development.

With dual master’s degrees in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sindh, along with a Diploma in Information Technology, Moosa has consistently demonstrated his ability to blend strategic sales growth with operational excellence. At Fast Oil Pvt. Limited, he is set to lead retail and commercial expansion, drive customer-centric strategies, and strengthen the company’s market footprint.
