For the first time, the scheme has been expanded to include technical and vocational institute students, alongside university and college students. - Be enrolled in an HEC-recognized university, college, or technical institute
- Hold a valid CNIC or B-Form
- Maintain good academic performance
- Not have received a laptop in previous phases of the scheme
Application Process and Laptop Distribution
Applications will go through four stages: Submitted, Under Review, Approved, and Rejected. Students can log in with their CNIC to track their progress.
