Available Positions

1. HR Manager
   Location: Sukkur Plant

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.

5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong command over payroll, talent acquisition, HR policies, and labor laws.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Overview:

Oversee overall HR operations including payroll, attendance, and compliance.

Lead recruitment and onboarding for managerial and key positions.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.

Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.

Support leadership in HR strategy, culture building, and workforce planning.

2. Deputy Manager – Human Resources
   Location: Sukkur Plant

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG.

Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Overview:

Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations.

Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.

Supervise payroll preparation and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.

Maintain employee records and support performance management activities.
