Available Positions:

1. IFEM Specialist
Location: Karachi

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
4–5 years of experience in the same field

Responsibilities:
1- Manage the company’s IFEM and ICFS matters with best knowledge of OGRA rules and regulations.
2- Handle fleet operations, route optimization, and logistics cost control.
3- Prepare sales certificates, transport cost certificates, PMP, purchase data, and sales tax documentation.
4- Liaise with OGRA and OCAC, attend industry meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
5- Facilitate OGRA IFEM audits and collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

2. Lab Incharge
Locations: Daultapur, Habibabad, Azakhel

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering (or related discipline)
2–4 years of experience

Responsibilities:
1- Ensure quality assurance of petroleum products as per PSQCA standards.
2- Conduct sampling and testing of tanks, tank lorries, pipelines, and imported consignments.
3- Manage lab operations, equipment calibration, inventory, waste disposal, and HSE compliance.
4- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly QA/QC reports and maintain ISO documentation.
5- Coordinate with external labs, resolve quality complaints, and supervise QA/QC staff.

3. Admin Executive
Location: Karachi

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience in a similar role

Job Responsibilities:
1- Arrange travel, boarding, and lodging for employees and management.
2- Prepare and submit administrative reports including utility and maintenance bills.
3- Coordinate housekeeping services and handle daily administrative procurement.
4- Manage matters related to SESSI, EOBI, and other statutory bodies.
5- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
