Faisal Jilani Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Kaizen Pharmaceuticals

Faisal Jilani has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., marking an important milestone in his distinguished career within Pakistan’s pharmaceutical sector. With extensive leadership experience across sales, marketing, and strategic business development, he is expected to play a key role in strengthening operational performance, driving strategic expansion, and advancing the company’s specialty care portfolio.

Before joining Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., he served at Getz Pharma, where he held several senior leadership roles including Director Business Unit (Specialty Care), Deputy Director Business Unit, and Business Unit Manager. During his tenure, he successfully led the launch and growth of therapeutic portfolios in oncology, rheumatology, nephrology, and psychiatry, while also overseeing neuro-psychiatry and urology segments. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at Hilton Pharma Limited, managing high performing teams and leading the Neuro-Psychiatry portfolio, which evolved into a multibillion-rupee business driven by flagship brands such as Lerace, Qusel, and Citanew. His professional journey also includes roles at CCL Pharmaceuticals and Cellgene Pharmaceuticals International, where he developed strong expertise in product management and zonal sales leadership.

Faisal Jilani holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharmacy) from the Karachi University. Combining pharmaceutical knowledge with strategic marketing leadership, he brings decades of industry experience and operational insight to his new role as Chief Operating Officer.
