Hassan Sohail has been appointed as General Manager at UBL – United Bank Limited, marking a significant advancement in his banking leadership journey. With over 14 years of experience across branch banking, priority banking, and regional business management, he brings deep expertise in driving business growth, client relationship management, and operational excellence. In his new role, he is expected to further strengthen UBL’s regional banking operations and strategic business initiatives.

Prior to joining UBL – United Bank Limited, Hassan held senior leadership roles across several major financial institutions. He served as Regional Head at Habib Metropolitan Bank (Subsidiary of AG Zurich), where he oversaw regional business development and operational performance. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at MCB Bank Limited, where he progressed through key roles including Branch Manager and Regional Head, managing multi-segment branches and driving sales and portfolio growth. His earlier career also includes leadership positions at Faysal Bank Limited as Branch Manager and Customer Relationship Manager, where he managed a significant portfolio and achieved top performance in bancassurance and liabilities nationwide. Hassan began his professional journey at Standard Chartered, serving as a Priority Relationship Manager and managing high-net-worth client portfolios across wealth management and investment solutions.

Hassan Sohail holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University Of Central Punjab. His extensive experience across leading banking institutions reflects a strong track record in leadership, relationship management, and strategic banking operations.
