Throughout his career, he has consistently driven impactful HR initiatives, aligning people strategies with business objectives to enhance performance, engagement, and retention. His expertise spans talent management, employee relations, performance management systems, HR operations, and compliance, enabling organizations to build strong and sustainable workplace cultures.

Prior to this role, he served as Regional Human Resources Manager at FASTER and HR Manager at Artistic Milliners, where he led end to end HR functions, implemented HRMS solutions, and improved operational efficiency.
