Unzila Siddiqui has stepped into the role of Assistant Manager at Cubix, marking a significant progression in her evolving career across human resources, employer branding, and employee engagement.

With a strong academic foundation from Iqra University (Official) and hands-on experience across leading organizations, she has developed expertise in talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR analytics. Prior to this, she served as Human Resources Executive at Be Energy – Licensee for the Caltex Fuels Business in Pakistan, where she led initiatives focused on employee well-being, learning and development, and data-driven HR practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Her professional journey also includes roles at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. and V2F Solutions, where she contributed to recruitment strategies, employer branding, and engagement initiatives, building a strong foundation in people-centric HR practices.

In her new role, Unzila will focus on strengthening recruitment frameworks, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive a high-performance culture.
