Mohammad Khalid Rehman Appointed as CEO at Pakistan Petroleum Limited

Pakistan Petroleum Limited has announced important leadership changes, appointing Mohammad Khalid Rehman as its new Chief Executive Officer and Mirza Nasiruddin Mashood Ahmad as Director, according to a disclosure made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The appointments were approved by the company’s Board of Directors as part of an interim arrangement during its meeting held on January 9, 2026. Mohammad Khalid Rehman succeeds Sikandar Ali Memon as CEO, while Mirza Nasiruddin Mashood Ahmad takes over from Imran Ahmad. He has previously served as Special Secretary in the Energy Petroleum Division, bringing valuable public sector and industry experience to the role.
