Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Deputy Manager R&D Farm Products Lab will be responsible for leading research and development activities related to farm products, ensuring quality control, product innovation, and compliance with industry standards. The role involves laboratory management, product testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Lead and manage R&D activities for farm products including herbal, agricultural, or natural raw materials.
- Oversee laboratory operations, testing procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
- Develop and improve product formulations and processing methods.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
- Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing products.

Qualifications & Experience (Indicative):

- Relevant experience in R&D, quality control, or product development, preferably in farm products, herbal, or natural products industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods and quality standards.
