Dr.Shahan Cheema has been promoted to Associate Professor at Rashid Latif Khan University, marking another significant milestone in his academic and leadership journey. Alongside this role, he continues to serve as Director ORIC, where he is actively strengthening research, innovation, and industry collaboration frameworks within the institution.

With a strong foundation in academia, Dr. Cheema has previously led MS and PhD programs at Superior University Official, playing a key role in curriculum transformation and securing accreditation from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
