Available Positions
1. Procurement Incharge
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Last Date to Apply: 12th May 2026
Qualifications:
- B.Com / BBA / MBA Supply Chain or related field.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience (preferably from Garment Industry).
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review the scheduled list of materials for collection.
- Coordinate with the user department and store team to obtain accurate specifications of required materials.
- Obtain quotations from counter sales suppliers in accordance with the company’s Approved Suppliers List and new cash vendors.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, services, support, and delivery schedules.
- Arrange materials from the market using the company vehicle as instructed by the Assistant Manager / Manager Purchase.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining required quality standards.
- Supervise unloading of materials in the store and ensure verification according to the approved specifications mentioned in the Purchase Order.
- Collect and verify supplier invoices and bills.
- Submit invoices and relevant documents to the Accounts Department for payment processing.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of procurement transactions.

2. Accounts Assistant – Payable
Location: Landhi, Karachi

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payment schedules and assist in payment processing.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth operations.

3. Manager Costing
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of professional experience (preferably from Garment Industry).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order-wise costing, order-wise P&L (pre and post order in-depth variance analysis).
- Perform monthly sales, costing, and profitability analysis (order, customer, and unit level).
- Oversee actual unit-wise costing for garment and washing operations and provide insights for management.
- Work together with operation units to set cost controlling strategies in HR cost, utility cost, and overhead.
- Prepare profitability analysis at order, customer, and unit level.
- Support management with insights for cost optimization and margin improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Provide strategic insights for cost optimization, pricing, and margin improvement.
- Lead MIS and management reporting for data-driven decision-making (dashboards and ERP developments).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operation, Planning, Supply Chain) to enhance operational and financial performance.
