Available Positions
1. Leasing Executive – Leasing and Contracts
Subsidiary: Dolmen Real Estate Management
Location: Head Office – Sky Towers, Karachi

Qualifications & Preferences:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Requires 1 to 2 years of underwriting experience, specifically within the banking or insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute lease agreements and related documents to brand partners, ensuring meticulous tracking and confirmation.
- Prepare clear approval notes and documentation summaries for internal stakeholders to streamline decision-making.
- Organize contract review materials and supporting documents to keep the approval pipeline moving efficiently.
- Create high-level summaries of contract terms, highlighting critical dates and urgent action items.
- Monitor the status of documents through the approval pipeline and proactively notify stakeholders of completion.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding lease terms and documentation requirements.
- Assist in developing professional presentations for management and brand partners regarding the contract portfolio.

2. Creative Executive – Marketing
Subsidiary: Retail Avenue Private Limited
Location: Head Office – Sky Towers, Karachi

Qualifications & Preferences:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess 2–3 years of relevant experience, with a background in Retail or an Advertising Agency heavily preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage the end-to-end content calendar across all digital platforms.
- Create high-quality product artwork and assets for e-commerce, digital mediums, and internal communication needs.
- Produce engaging digital content, including promotional images, short-form campaign video snippets, and stories.
- Design and execute seasonal window displays, in-store branding materials, and localized campaign adaptations.
- Oversee e-commerce and creative photoshoots for social media, retail stores, and mall branding.
- Coordinate closely with malls, local agencies, and marketing partners for integrated activities.
- Liaise with print vendors to deliver high-quality store and mall displays as per POP standards.
