Qualification & Experience:
Education: Pharm D
Experience: Must have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
Lead and manage new product development initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify product opportunities.
Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
Develop product formulations and specifications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage product trials, stability studies, and documentation.
Support product launches and post-launch evaluations.
