Import Executive
Location: Plant, RCD Highway, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s required in a relevant discipline
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import operations, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import processes.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain import, logistics, and payment records while ensuring compliance with import regulations, customs procedures, and State Bank of Pakistan circulars.
- Track shipments, coordinate cargo collection, and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and support multimodal supply chain operations and cross-functional initiatives.
