Qualification & Experience:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognised university or institution.
Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the Civil Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching and/or relevant professional experience.

2. Programme Officer – Postgraduate
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with CPSP, PMDC, HEC, and Ziauddin University postgraduate policies, and support related audits.
Plan and manage postgraduate capacity development programmes, processes, and procedures.
Conduct internal research to support effective services for postgraduate students and supervisors.
Monitor the implementation of postgraduate policies and maintain related procedural documents, including bursaries, conferences, and capacity development.
Manage, monitor, and evaluate the operational activities of the Postgraduate Studies Directorate.
Prepare postgraduate correspondence and communications for staff and students.
Develop and maintain systems for postgraduate records management.
Generate financial, operational, and other departmental reports.
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised institution.
Experience in a university or research-intensive institution with knowledge of research ethics and integrity.
Experience in managing and supervising staff within an administrative unit.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
