Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management within the textile industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of textile manufacturing operations, including Home Textile, Processing, Weaving, Spinning, Garments, Cut to Pack, and Corporate functions. Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial, technical, and operational positions.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Drive employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee integration process.
Facilitate the performance management process and talent review discussions.
Prepare recruitment and talent management reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
