Rabeeya Tariq has achieved another significant milestone in her procurement leadership journey with her promotion to Procurement Manager at Engro Group. With over 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain optimization, contract negotiations, and vendor management, she continues to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business value across critical procurement functions.

Prior to this promotion, Rabeeya served as Deputy Manager – Sourcing & Procurement and Assistant Manager – Sourcing & Procurement at Engro, where she successfully managed multiple procurement categories, led cost optimization initiatives, strengthened supplier partnerships, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency. Her earlier experience at Unilever further established her expertise in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
