Available Positions
1. Executive – AutoCAD & Projects
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or another relevant field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and project coordination.
- Strong command of AutoCAD (2D/3D).
- Experience in BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, invoice verification, and quotations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update 2D/3D AutoCAD layouts for retail branches and commercial projects.
- Develop Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for branch/shop fit-out and construction activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, project execution, and follow-ups.
- Verify invoices, quotations, and billing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Support project planning, documentation, and execution to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project records, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Assistant Manager – FP&A
Requirements:
- Education: ACCA / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory.
- Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls, FP&A / Commercial Finance.
- Retail / FMCG / Pharmacy industry experience preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process across business functions.
- Develop rolling forecasts, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, break-even analysis, and ROI evaluations.
- Assess the financial viability of business expansion initiatives, including new stores and warehouse projects.
- Evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial performance packs, and executive presentations.
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports using Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, inventory turnover, receivables, payables, and identify working capital optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure operational plans align with financial objectives.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting and planning processes.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and forecasts.

3. Executive – Retail Network Expansion
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Commercial Real Estate, Retail Leasing, Business Development, or Site Acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market surveys and site evaluations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and source high-potential retail locations for new DVAGO outlets.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and site feasibility assessments.
- Evaluate locations based on footfall, accessibility, demographics, and commercial potential.
- Coordinate with landlords, property consultants, mall management, and real estate partners.
- Support lease negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Prepare site presentations, feasibility reports, and expansion recommendations.
- Track market trends and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective locations.
- Submit regular MIS reports on expansion activities and project progress.
