1. Manager Governance & Conduct
Department: Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably a Master’s, from an HEC-recognized institute/university (Professional certification will be an added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.

Job Description:

• Implementing and monitoring the Bank’s Conduct & Governance framework across all units.
• Monitoring customer conduct, service quality, governance indicators, and driving corrective actions.
• Developing governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, supporting policy development, and driving governance awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Rural Banking Officer (RBO) – Batch No. 01 – 2026
Locations: Multiple Locations (Rural and semi-urban areas)
Application Deadline: 16th August 2026

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/ICom or equivalent). Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years to 25 years as of July 31, 2026. 2 years’ age relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran, Dars-e-Nizami/Shahadat Ul Alamiyah holders (with HEC equivalency), and differently-abled persons.
• Must have a motorcycle along with a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Knowledge of local agriculture and rural markets will be an added advantage.
• Residents of rural and semi-urban areas will be preferred.
• Candidates having banking experience will be preferred. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting the Bank’s Agriculture and Rural Banking products.
• Generating quality financing leads for Bank branches.
• Developing relationships with farmers, traders, livestock farmers, and rural entrepreneurs.
• Supporting customer onboarding and financial inclusion initiatives.
• Mobilizing deposits from rural communities.

3. Manager – IT Infrastructure
Department: Information Technology Group
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC recognized institute/university.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.

Job Description:

• Managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including AIX, Linux, Windows servers, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and enterprise messaging platforms.
• Ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, resilience, backup and recovery, and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Monitoring infrastructure health, resolving issues, coordinating maintenance, and improving operational stability.
