Available Positions
1. Executive Production
Number of Position(s): 02
Job Requirements:
- Education: B.E / M.E Industrial and Manufacturing or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in overseeing and coordinating production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, efficient resource utilization, and maintaining quality standards.
- Relevant Industry: Manufacturing, Textile, Electrical and Electronic appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and optimize manufacturing and packing processes while utilizing resources effectively.
- Delegate jobs to supervisors and operators according to the schedule, ensuring seamless execution of production within the established timeframe.
- Conduct shop-floor inventory reconciliation by verifying material locations, ensuring accurate records and efficient inventory management.
- Ensure strict adherence to using the allocated length of the same material as per the work order requirement and take full responsibility for consistently producing high-quality products.
- Report rejections and deviations to the unit leader and seek guidance for corrective actions.
- Assess the need for tools and accessories and inform the unit leader.
- Collect job cards at the end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of HSE Management Systems (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001), conduct audits, and diligently track input and output.
2. Executive Warehouse

Location: Nooriabad

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant Industry: Sound knowledge of inventory management principles, FIFO/LIFO, stock control, and warehouse best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper inventory management by implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic physical verification.
- Process material transactions accurately in the ERP system and maintain warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, housekeeping, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare warehouse reports and support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
